This was my second time using Specialty Mobile Systems and they delivered my car in good condition again. I don't even consider other companies anymore because I know for sure that my car will be in good hands. Their customer service is still very good. The only minor complaint that I had was that one of my two contacts could have been more helpful/knowledgeable because if it was my first time shipping a car, I would have been worried and confused about all the logistics. However, my main contact person (Dee) was great and she went out of her way to make sure that I got the times that I wanted and everything went smoothly.
My experiences with the transporter were overall good but could have been better. He was responsive when I called with questions about the status of my car and handled the car properly. However, his delivery dates were constantly changing which caused me a lot more difficulty in arranging times to pick up the car. At first it was 3 days which I didn't think was possible. Then it became 4 or 5 days. And finally it was delivered after 7 days.
If you really care about your car and don't want all the worries and hassles associated with companies that may be cheaper, you have to go with Specialty Mobile Systems.
