I called SMS last minute to schedule the transport of a Mini Cooper. I had a reservation for the ferry in Hyannis; the vehicle could not arrive to MA late to make the reservation. The vehicle was picked up one week after I called SMS and delivered the following day without any issues.
I will use SMS if I ever need to transport an auto again.
