Communication was excellent. First contacted, SMS who gave me a quote and discussed details. 2nd, got a call from the carrier company who gave me the contact info of the driver and the 24hour period date range the driver would call. 3rd, got a call from the driver who introduced himself and reiterated what the carrier company told me (always reassuring to know everyone is on the same page). And finally got a call from the driver when he was a few hours away from pick-up. Pick-up was smooth and my Land Rover was delivered about 4-5 days later. It was a bit dirty but I guess that is to be expected sitting on the back of an open trailer. I would definitely use SMS again.
