I needed to move my jeep from NC to CA, and I hired another company originally to do the job. I had not come across this website, unfortunately, and did not see that they were poorly rated. I found out first hand that this other company could not deliver on what they had said. I was in a scramble and stumbled upon this website where I saw all of the glowing reviews for Specialty Mobile. I called them and the owner himself spoke with me about transporting my jeep. Everyone I spoke with was very understanding and, though I was originally told it may take up to 2 weeks to get my Jeep transported, it was picked up within a matter of 4 days after speaking with SMS! It arrived on time a week later in California.
Based on this experience, I would whole-heartedly reccommend Specialty Mobile Systems. I plan to call them again in the future when it comes to transporting my car.
