Non-Suportive!!

I too chose Specialty Mobile Systems because of their rating as well as the fact that they are located in the town where I live. However they did not provide any support after the transport was completed. Specialty Mobile Systems brokered A&M auto transport to move a vehicle I had bought for my daughter for a Christmas gift because hers was on it's last leg and she has done an exceptional job in college. The car I found was in exceptional brand new condition. I made the arrangements and had the car shipped, the arrangements were effortless and the company was really responsive and helpful. The car arrived in less than a week. However, upon arrival the hauler insisted on cash or certified check, and upon inspection we noted there was damage to the vehicle. The company gave us the inspection form it was not noted upon pick up. I called the seller it and was told it had no damage, he even sent photos of the vehicle which clearly indicated so. I contacted specialty who gave me a phone number to A&M, this was a month ago, to date no repair, no help, nothing but a run around getting forms pictures estimate etc. When I called specialty all they could do was tell me they would send insurance forms for the tow company, christmas has passed and needless to saw the Holidays have not been that happy!!!!

We apologize for this customer’s poor experience and understand the customer’s frustration. Specialty Mobile will act as a liason when there is unfortunate damages to a vehicle. We provide information to the customer for the carrier, and at that point the issue is in the hands of the customer, the carrier and the insurance company. Amy/Specialty Mobile
