bad experience

Dealing with Speciality Mobile Systems, it was a very bad and frustrating experience. at the begining they seems to be a professional company , but as soon as they place my order and paid for it, everthing change when I contacted your company about my car not being either pick up or delivered , they never follow up on the problem, they gave the cell phone of your contractor and have me call him.. , their contractor was worst than SMS , their trailer broke up in the middle of nowhere , and they never call me to let me know, I end up driving 2 hours to pick up my car, SMS never follow up or call back on this, the contractor, is supposed to reimburse me money , four month after I still waiting for the check.

We at Specialty Mobile regret to hear about this poor experience; and this is the first we have heard about it through the review board. If the difficulties were brought to our attention we would have gotten this under control immediately. Corry, The General Manager, will investigate this situation and follow up on this immediately.
