This was my first time ever having a vehicle transported. I did some homework and found this company at the top 5 list and was pleased with what I had read. When I called the people who worked there were very helpful. They knew I was military and stationed overseas. They said they would help me in everyway possible and make sure the car was delivered on time. I was even given this awesome military rate, so I was told. When it was time to pick up my car, the company had known about it for about 2 months but could not get picked up until a certain time frame so that it can get delivered to MIssouri when my girlfriend arrived to gargae it. Its was an exotic sports car and needed to be kept indoors. Around the time the car was to be picked up i had not recieved a phone call on how it was going. When I called, I was told they were still working on it getting picked up. I told them that it needed to be there no later than a certain date since my girlfriend was leaving town back to california after that date. The said no problem it will get done. Three days after the expected pickup date it still was sitting at the sellers house. When I finally called to ask for a refund since they had ruined the delivery date, they worked there ass off to cover there own ass and finally had found a company to pick it up. At the end of everything I paid an extra $100 on top of my awesome military rate which was horse $h1t. My car arrived 1 week late and I had to find somone to pick it up for me. The person who picked up my car was very awesome. I dont blame him for anything and he was only called to pick deliver it not nor more. He was in contact with my seller and drop off and was there when he promised. To Gordon I thank and not to this company who I would never use again. So if your military dont believe there offer, the price will be too low for a company to bite on and stick to better rated companies than this one. I really hope you dont make the same mistake I did.
