I was SO skeptical about using a trasport service. My husband and I did alot of research and even considered going to get our car ourselves (from sc to ma to pick it up-quite a haul). But i came across this company and I am so happy that we went with them.
Dee w/SMS provided me with excellent and personal customer service. The wait time to find a carrier is 1-10 days it took approx. 5 days (actually one was found a bit sooner but there was a small paperwork snafu-which was quickly ironed out) to find a carrier for my car-but once one was found (frank myers with Fonda Motor Transport-what a great guy) my car, a bmw 528i, was picked up on a thursday and delivered on a friday! it was fantastic. even our driver was a pleasure to deal with-he was so thorough. my whole experience was wonderful and i'm so thankful. do not hesitate to go with SMS.
