Short and sweet: SPECIALTY MOBILE SYSTEMS KEEPS ITS WORD. They call when they say they will call. The price (Florida to Conncticut $895.00) was as quoted. The carrier was on time, without the fee some companies charge for on time pick up. (Note: when these other companies charge for a 'Guaranteed' pick up date, read the contract; if the carrier doesn't show up on time, you don't get charged the extra $200 to $300 but you do if they are on time. What a great scam. These other companies charge YOU if they keep THEIR promise.) The carrier driver was clean, friendly and had the proper paperwork. The vehicle transporter, both tractor and trailer, were almost new and spotless. The transport time was estimated to be 3 to 5 days; my car actually showed up in just a little over 2 days. If I wanted to have a car transported from the South Pole to the North Pole, and SMS said they could do it, it would be done, on time, at the quoted price. Again: SPECIALTY MOBILE SYSTEMS KEEPS ITS WORD.
