We had never had reason to use an auto transport company before. We found transportreviews.com and were able to check out the various companies. Specialty Auto was neither the least nor most expensive, but we were happy with the reviews we read. We found it easy to request a quote and order the service. The service was subbed out to Silverado Transport whose driver arrived on time and conducted the pickup in a courteous and professional manner. The driver and seller walked the car and noted any imperfections. The car arrived on time and Leah, in the office, kept us informed as to when it would arrive. Max, the driver, called us 2 hours out and arranged a drop off site since our home is not easily accessible. He off loaded the car with no problems and again did a walk around to check the car. We had requested the car be hauled on the top deck and true to their word, it was. All was in order, so we completed the transaction. One thing we found that we liked, was that they will take a credit card deposit and balance is due the driver COD on arrival. We would definately use them again should we find the need.
