SMS has been used twice now. I have found that they have exceptional customer service. They always knew who I was and what I needed before I even said hello! They are on top of there customers needs and are always available.

The only grievance that I have is that they take a rather large cut off the top, being a broker of transportation. I suppose there is no way around this until you get in touch with a direct carrier and skip the middle man...
