Flawless - exceeded expectations

I recently hired Specialty Mobile Systems to transport a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 from my parents home in Carson city to my house in the Bay Area. My dad called me last week and said get this car out of here, we need the garage back!

So On Saturday night I sent out a request for quotes using your site and got several back. They ranged from 450 to 1100. Specialty had the best reviews so I called them with some questions on sunday and they told me what to do. I called several others and they didn't answer. Specialty was not the cheapest, but not much more than the cheapest so I placed my order online. I waited and then on MOnday got the call confirming everything and was told it would be between 3 and 10 days to set up the truck. They called back 5 hours later and said the truck would be there on Wednesday to pick up the car, just two days away!

One thing that impressed me was how each employee I spoke with could answer my questions without having to ask their superior. Between this and getting the car transported and in my hands within 4 days, I am blown away by their service.

I recommend getting the transport truck driver's cell phone number and use it to get updates from him.

I also recommend meeting the transport truck in a large parking lot or along a busy big street for ease of loading and unloading of the car. My driver called me when he was an hour away and I gave him directions to where I would meet him.

All-in-all I could not have been happier.
