After doing much research on the web and calling and questioning several brokers, I decided on Specialty Mobile Systems, Mason Ohio to move my custom build tube frame off road buggy. They were NOT the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, they do however have employees that are Priceless!! I originally spoke with Amy and she explained exactly how the process would go so I would have no surprises, she even told me things that I should check on and verify to ensure a positive transaction. After deciding to deal with Specialty Mobile I dealt with Dee, she said they use a 10 day window period & true to her word on the 10th day a contract was drawn up with Hoosier RV Transport, Bristol Indiana to haul my buggy. I received several phone calls from Dee as well as employees from the dispatch center and the Hoosier RV truck driver Mike. I was also called by Mike after he picked the buggy up in Florida and 3 times during the 4 days it took to get the buggy to my home in northern Michigan. He even got some instructions from the buggy builder to pass on to me. In my opinion this process could not have gone any better, I do not believe I could have gotten any better service from those companies that were $300+ more. I would not hesitate to use Specialty Mobile Systems again...I would also not hesitate to ask for Dee and Hoosier RV Transport again.
