My family and I recently relocated from Delaware to Colorado. Using different websites, I received quotes for moving my Honda Accord from at least 10 different companies. One of them was Specialty Mobile Systems. While their quote was among the highest I received, my research (this site and www.fmsca.org) quickly told me that in order to get reliable service, I needed to be prepared to pay for it. I was not disappointed.
From my first phone contact, Denise made sure I understood the process for transporting my vehicle and was quite patient in answering all my questions. She was honest in telling me that my pickup location was not a common one so that it may take a some time to find a carrier. My first pickup date was August 30 and I received a call on Sept 2 informing me that my vehicle would be picked up the next day. It was delivered as scheduled on Sept 6, in the very same condition that it left.
Overall, I had a fantastic, stress-free experience with Specialty Mobile Systems. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone. Specialty Mobile Systems is a family owned and operated and as a customer, I felt like a part of that family because of the level of service I received. Thanks Denise, Amy and Dee!
