Just like family! The staff at Specialty Mobile made us feel like family. We are from the south and believe in southern hospitality but the service and customer dedication we received from Amy and her staff are unsurpassed by no one. ( A special thanks to Dee for helping me place my order!)We had never had a vehicle transported before, and we were extremely nervous about it. We looked at many companies, talked with alot of them and read tons of reviews. (Some of the reviews were very frightening) When we talked with Amy she put us completely at ease. She assured us that they only use reliable and qualified transporters. That was an understatement. Mr. Garrison of Garrison Trucking transported our Ford TBird from Ohio to Mississippi. He stayed in constant contact with us. When we arrived at our pick-up point, he had gotten there early, had the car unloaded and running with the air conditioner on ready for our inspectiion. Thats service!
I had read many reviews about it taking weeks for a car to be picked and delivered. This was not the case with Specialty Mobile.we placed our order late on Thursday. Our car was not available to be picked up until Monday. It was picked up on Monday and delivered to us on Wednesday.
I cannot stress enough the great service and most of all the peace of mind that we received from Amy ,her staff at Specialty Mobile and Garrison Trucking. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE!
