Stripped/Stolen Parts
Review: Initially everything was great. They returned phone calls as promised and made good on their scheduled pickup/delivery time. After the car was dropped off I began to notice parts missing. Not small parts either. The faceplate to the cd player which was attached when the car was picked up is missing. The actual factory alarm/keyless entry module has been removed, along with a panel from the dash that housed the led. (Funny they managed to still hand over the key fob) They also admitted to trying to turn the alarm off to Cory in one of their phone conversations. Also missing under the hood is the alarm siren, and a small compressor for air horns. This car came from PA So any bare metal would be rusted in no time. The holes where these items were mounted are perfectly clean. Bare wires with no rust or oxidization. Now I know the policy on items left in the car, but items bolted to the car that is just plain theft. After reporting this to Cory I never heard back. It took multiple phone calls to get ahold of him and always promised a call back but never got one. So today we call again and he tells us there is nothing they will do because we can not prove it. Great customer service there. I suppose the window sticker for the car that shows the installed options, having the original key fobs for the alarm, manuals for everything, pictures showing the installed parts documentation of installed options is not proof.

Company Response:
When a vehicle is picked up, there is a detailed inspection that the driver goes through with the customer. A detailed inspection is also done when the vehicle is delivered. This customer received the vehicle, and signed an inspection saying the vehicle was received in good condition. Subsequently after signing the inspection report, the customer noticed items missing from the vehicle. This customer also purchased this vehicle without seeing it in person.

We regret that this has happened; however there is no more we can do at this point. Corry has provided insurance information to the customer as requested, and now this issue is in the hands of the customer, the carrier and the insurance company.

I find it funny that the quickest response I have yet to receive from this company has been to save it's own name. It is true I am contacting their insurance as well as filing complaints with the BBB. In response to her claims of never having seen the vehicle. It's true, I myself had never seen it. Which does not matter. It was checked out by numerous people that live in the area before I made the purchase. Reports were made, pictures were taken. As far as inspecting the car. As soon as the car was off the truck they were gone. The car was left in the middle of the street. The 2 men delivering the car also did not speak english. I was given no time to inspect the car. Would not had mattered anyway as the items missing were not easily located in the first place.. Where is your response to them trying to turn the alarm off?
