We had two vehicles that needed to be moved. One carrier we contacted earlier actually charged us without our authorization. It was pretty bad. After that, we did a lot of study, and we were choosing between Specialty Mobile, Angel, and Agape.

Agape gave us the lowest quote and seems to have good reputation. But we were worried that they may not find drivers to take our order at their quoted price, and their customer service did not seem to be able to explain to us anything other than their pre-prepared response. Angel charged more. We decided to go with Specialty Mobile, not just fo the price, but also that they said that theirs is a family business in Ohio (we had good interactions with Midwest people, and Ohio).

Both vehicles were picked up on time (first or second available days, though the drivers did not give us that much time to prepare, but that was OK) and delivered within the time frame they said (7 days after pickup). Vehicles were dirty but that can't be helped. The drivers were well chosen (Pia Logistics and one other I forgot), nice and experienced people. They could not do door-to-door because of trees and traffic stuff, but that was ok (we were prepared for this, and it is better than charging you without your authorization). The dispatcher and customer service people at SM were nice and courteous.

So we had a pretty good experience with Specialty Mobile and will certainly consider using them again the future.

The only minor complaint is that they can't seem to handle and send you receipts electronically. And I am still waiting to receive the final receipt from them. This is inconvenient if you need the receipt for reimbursement.
