Excellent customer service (Dee!) even when I got a little stressed on the phone. The pick up was on time, delivery was like 4 or 5 days earlier. The driver (Pavel from TK Trucking) was excellent. The car was neither dirty nor damaged which I was really impressed. Overall experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend Specialty Mobile Systems to anyone.
