We originally contacted a different company. After a week of non-returned telephone calls and vague answers as to when we might expect the car, I happened upon this site. After reading the reviews of the company I cancelled with them and went with Specialty Mobile. The day after I contacted Specialty, they had located a driver to pick up my vehicle. Someone was always available to answer questions. As soon as I informed the other company that I was cancelling my order, "coincidentally" they had "just located a driver" so my $175 deposit would not be refunded. Right. I didn't mind losing my deposit though because I knew that with Specialty my car would arrive safe and sound, which it did. Thank you!
