Pros:
On time (so important when you want your car)
Extremely flexible (I had my car picked up the very day I called them)
Good customer service

Cons:
Vehicle very dirty (you can't tell if it has been damaged or not)
Pickup far away from my place (had to tae a cab on the way back $20)
Total is really expensive!!
