Great Job, But Still...

This company's review rating looked indeed too good to be true. Their price was among the highest, too. So, I didn't choose it initially but picked Air, Land and Sea (ALS), -you all can check from its reviews what nightmares ALS made. After losing $1050 to ALS and wasted 2 weeks' time, I turned to 1st Choice Shipping. This one didn't charge anything at all before pick up and was very polite and responsive, but the only problem was: my Minivan was not picked up for 40 days, while being baked under Ohioan summer sunshine!
I could only try to end the story by paying more. Fortunately, it worked by Specialty Moble Sys. The vehicle was picked up with 3 days after my order and the notice\communication was made just in time. The car was delivered exactly on the estimated date (10th day after pick up) with perfect condition. The car was even washed before handover to me. I would say: great job, reliable and worth the money. The reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the paper work/pickup procedure. There was no receipt by pick up - I didn't get a paper showing that someone took my car away. There was no payment receipt either. I mean there is still room to improve - for future customers and for Specialty Mobile's business.

To our future customers~ There is no problem with recieving a receit. As a general rule, customers are given a copy of the inspection report at the pickup and then after the delivery to the destination. After completion of transport many customers call our offices to get a copy of the receit for their records, and Dee happily faxes it out. Amy/Specialty Mobile
