This was our first experience to move our car. Naturally was very tensed to find a good mover. When I contacted Speciality Mobile Systems I spoke to Dee and she was very helpful and prompt to assist us. The car was picked up and delivered within the specified time frame.
However the person who came to pick the car was a bit rude and asked me to drop the car 2 miles away where he had parked his truck on a road instead of coming to our home for pickup. When the driver refused to come to our home I had no choice but to go 2 miles far to drop our car. That was very frustrating as he refused to come to our home for pickup. He was very difficult to understand.
Overall would say satisfactory service with some issue with the truck driver.
