Transport of my 2004 Lincoln Navigator went extremely smooth. I contacted SMS on a Friday and my vehicle was picked up on Monday. It arrived at my destination 5 days later on a three car long flatbed trailer. The driver was extremely couteous and gently unloaded the vehicle. The Navigator arrived dirty (as was expected as the vehicle was being transported on an open carrier). However, there was absolutely no damage to the car. The company used to transport the vehicle was Paris River Transport. SMS staff were very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. They clearly have good partners that they work with to transport vehicles. I would certainly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future should I need a vehicle transported. The extra $200 spent to use SMS's brokering services was well worth the good, reliable service received. I am fortunate to have chosen this company after reading some of the horror stories some of the people using other companies have posted.
