Our vehicle was picked up on the scheduled day. Because of our move (in December), the vehicle was stored in a heated enclosed garage until it was ready to be delivered. All involved were very courteous and professional. The company paid for a portion(an open carrier) of the transport costs. We paid for the rest(the enclosed). We would use again if needed.
