SMS provided an excellent service overall. The pickup was on time, the driver was courteous and very considerate, contacted me several times on his cell phone to inform me of his progress and to make sure that I didn't waste any time. The car was delivered earlier than my son (whose car it was) arrived in Virginia; the carrier called him and told him that the car will wait for him at a local storage facility, he was given the contact information and hours. When he picked up the car on the designated day, there was no extra charge for storage. this has been as smooth an experience as humanly possible XXXsimply nothing to worry about.
