I have used other car carriers in the past and this experience by far was the best. The office staff I spoke with were not only knowledgeable, but seemed interested in my business. The driver was in close communication regarding his arrival to pick up the car. My daughter on the receiving end found the same thing. In fact, he arrived a day or two earlier than anticipated. He also was interested in delivering the car at her convenience. Everything was perfect! I would definitely use Specialty again.
