After having a nightmarish experience with another auto transporter, we visited the website and found the review of Specialty Mobile to be perfect. WE contacted them about moving our college daughters vehicle from Tucson to Chicago for the Christmas Break. The entire experience was flawless from start to finish. The truck driver gave our daughter his cell phone number so she could call him from the library where she was studying for finals and wouldn't have to leave until he was 5 minutes from her apartment. The same happened when the driver was about 15 minutes from our home - I was given his cell phone number, left work for 15 minutes, and signed off on the delivery. The car was in perfect condition and even though there were ice storms during the transport, the car arrived in 6 days. We would highly recommend this company because of their immediate phone help and flawless pickup and delivery
