I opted to go with this company after a lot of searching and research. While we did book with them to transport 2 vehichles, one from Mass and one from Miss., we unfortunately had to change carriers due huge workload that they had because of an auction in Florida. They worked with us every step of the way, and we were very pleasant to deal with. Dealing with them has been a pleasure, and I feel as though I have made a new friend in Ben. Refund was so fast I was actually shocked. I will use these guys any time I need to move a car. P.S. Right now I wish we had stayed with them, as they company we ended up going with is jerking us around like crazy. Go with Ben & Company and STAY with them.
