RAVE for Customer Service and Will Use them again!

I had to transport 2 expensive SUV across the country and this is the review for the vehicle that's going from Wisconsin to California.

The driver and his associate at pick-up and drop-off were very friendly and polite, easy to work with. They were careful to inspect the condition of the vehicle. Although they ran into some problems with flat tires as they were getting closer to California and the car arrived just a couple of days later than expected, they met the 'latest day' arrival deadline.

Specialty Mobile kept me informed throughout the transport and I cannot give better reviews about their customer service. Everytime I call, sometimes even outside of regular business hours, there would be an actual person picking up the phone and answering all my questions. Corry, the person who handled my order was very very patient with me, given that I was calling him multiple times a day at one point, asking this and that, and he was helpful and quick at returning my calls.

Although their price is not the most competitive, there are companies out there that charge $200.00 less, they have indeed the best customer service and they were eager to follow up on any concerns or problems. I would most definitely trust them with my cars anytime!

Overall, excellent marks to Specialty Mobile!
