Everything was as-promised. Pickup was within the window of time given by Specialty Mobile and delivery in Seattle was 8 days later. I contacted them because of the excellent reviews on this site and was not disappointed. Service was friendly and consumer-oriented. This was the first time we have shipped a car anywhere, and like you probably, we were nervous about the potential complications and problems. Their delightful approach calmed our concerns, and there were no snags of any kind from beginning to end.
