I recently moved from NY to Oregon and had never used an auto transporter before so the whole experience was new to me and I learned a lot about "brokers" and people that actually move your vehicles. I contacted 10 to 15 transporters and received varied quotes for open and closed moves, Don impressed me because he took the time to explain how the move would be handled and was extremely helpful with the timing of the delivery, we drove across country so he had to hold my vehicles at his site after loading them in NY. Don called me back when he said he would and kept me informed during the process. I also learned that his family was involved with his business and his brother actually delivered the vehicles while Brad picked them up; both fellows took their time loading and unloading and showed as much care for my vehicles as I would. Pricing was a bit more than I had anticipated but worth every penny dealing with people that do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it is worth the extra few $$$$.
