This was my first experience shipping a car across country. I did alot of research to select the best company and it paid off. The car was ready to go when I started the quote process. The transport company Pioneer Auto Express was great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and the professionals that work with both companies. The car was picked up in the San Francisco Bay Area, shipped, & delivered in 10 days to Portsmouth, VA. The day before the car was to be delivered in VA, our plans changed dramatically. My son who was to pick up the car was suddenly on the way home for a funeral. You can't imagine what was going thru my mind about this car delivery! John, the driver, Pioneer and Specialty had this car put in storage for $10.00 a day. 10 days later my son flew back to VA and picked the car up 1 mile from the airport! It was in great condition and we highly recommend these folks. The customer service was outstanding, communication was professional, and not one problem. Thanks again, John, Pioneer Auto Express and Specialty Mobile for a truely rewarding experience! Great Job!!
