I recently relocated from Southern California to Florida and my biggest worry was how best to make sure my car arrived in tact. I have a 1989 Camaro IrocZ convertible that I was worried sick about having damaged during transport. From the first call I made to this wonderful company to the last follow up call I received, this was a dream come true experience. Deniseah was able to give me a better understanding of the pickup window and helped me calculate which date worked best for me. I then received a call from Dee one of the warmest, nicest people I've ever spoken to, who furnished me with the pickup date and details of the transport. The pickup driver, a local carrier, was wonderful and assured me my baby would be treated well on the move, and watching him work to load my car up gave me the confidence that this was true. The driver called me twice during the transport to keep me posted on the progress for delivery date, and also chuckled as he let me know someone had offered to buy my car. When the car reached Florida, a local carrier performed the actual delivery and he too was outstanding. Everyone I spoke with during this move was courteous, friendly, professional, and went out of their way to reassure me that my car would be handled with carel. My car arrived in perfect shape and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely pass the word on about Specialty Mobile Systems and highly reccommend them to anyone. My car isn't quite a classic (yet) but it's my baby and my most treasured possession, thank you to the entire network of folks that calmed my fears and handled this so smoothly! One last thing, I did price comparisons, the cost was definitely in the same ballpark as others, but the spectacular customer service package made this a DEAL. =)
