They seem very disorganized. Every time I call they seemed to one step behind in their knowledge of the processing of my order. When I called to confirm they had received my order, they told me no and then after some stalling said oh yes, we have your order, we will call you when we have a driver. When I called after them having missed the original pick up date, they gave me an excuse that the driver was having issues with the hurricane that hit New York in October 2012, but they stilled billed me for the full payment at that time. When they missed the rescheduled pick up date they claimed that they couldn't find a driver, then said they had a driver and would call me back with details but never did.
Still waiting for the delivery but safe to say I wouldn't use them to move a stack of papers, let alone a motorcycle.
