Bob is a good salesman, but can't deliver. Sounded very credible on the phone, but as it turns out his firm is no better than the one I terminated before going with Bob. Placed order to move a car from MN to FL on 1/11 and car was available for pickup that day. Said he'd get it in 2 or 3 biz days because of the demand going that way. After several calls to Ashley and the typical response of "I'm working on it", I cancelled the order on 1/23 (13 days). Ashley even said there was more movement north than south in January. Yeah, right. Long term car rental is cheaper.
