I made arrangements in 03/01/11, to have my motorcycle picked up in 08/09/11 to be delivered to S.Dakota. Two weeks prior to pick-up, no word from the company. I called and they were going to look for a driver. No contact from them in those 2 weeks unless we called them. Now, here I am with plane tickets all paid for and no bike. They told us, they would "try" to have the bike picked up a week after the initial date. I will be in S. Dakota by then with no vehicle. Very poor company to deal with. NEVER AGAIN!
