Refused to fix Damage caused to vehicle

Southern Auto Transport delivered our brand new Land Rover. We noticed a big crack in the sunroof 3 hrs after delivery and they refused to fix it, saying it could have happened in the 3 hrs we had it sitting in the driveway! After numerous calls (20+) and a complete run around by the company's VP, Allen Morrell (despite having submitted 3 quotes, filled out all forms and done all that we could from our end), they refused to pay anything. We're in the process of taking this to small claims court, mainly b/c I don't think companies like this deserve to get away with causing damage then refusing to own up to it. Very disappointed - especially in their customer service, which was non-existent when they realized something was their fault.
