Sonic Auto Transportation got the job done and my car arrived safely. My salesperson, Victory Wenzel, was always quick to respond to my calls and texts, which I appreciated, although I sometimes had trouble understanding the updates and was usually just told they were “working on getting a carrier.”
My biggest frustration was the price, as the final cost ended up being over double than what I was originally quoted. I understand prices can change based on carrier availability, but that was a pretty significant difference from the original quote. The carrier he found was professional and handled the cars with care, though both the pickup and the drop off were later than expected.
Overall, I’m happy that everything worked out, but I would recommend getting a clear understanding of the potential final cost upfront.
