I have used Sonic Auto Transport twice. The first time was easy and uneventful which is good. The second time was definitely not smooth sailing. For whatever reason, the carrier decided to bail at the last minute. This cause a last minute scramble to find a new carrier for a same day pick up. Long story short, I ended up paying $300 more to transport the same vehicle. What bothered me the most was the carrier’s slow and at times complete lack of communication. At the end of the day, Sonic is a broker. I believe Sonic did the best possible with the cards dealt. I will call on Sonic again for my transport needs.
