I was worried about having a bad car shipping experience but it was super smooth. My agent (Robin) was great - communicated to me about any updates and kept things clear. Received driver information and driver kept us informed about pickup time and delivery time. The only thing was that the initially quoted price was way off. I was quoted $900 but actual market price was $1400+.
