Horrible Experience

This was a horrible experience. The broker (Stacy with Sonic Auto Transportation) agreed to a Saturday delivery date and told me the carrier company (Giorgi with Atop shipping) agreed to this date as well. Several days before the Saturday delivery date, I was informed the driver would be arriving. I informed both Stacy and Giorgi this wasn’t the agreement. Stacy told me two times she was calling the carrier to remind them, but nothing changed. I had to accept a date that I wasn’t at the drop off point and this was extremely stressful to figure out. I asked to speak with Stacy’s manager and received no call back. I asked Giorgi to confirm if she had been contacted by Stacy and received no answer. My advice is this is your job. Do your job and effectively coordinate for your customers. I have screen prints of the communications and recordings to confirm this is what happened. Bottom line be very careful about doing business with these companies. Jon Lomax

Dear customer, thank you for contacting us. We value our customers feedback and take their concerns seriously. As per our records Saturday was an estimated date when your vehicle was supposed to be delivered, however delays/earlier arrivals may occur due to the many factors and neither pick up or delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We don't deny our responsibility and rely on your understanding!
