They first give a quote then lie and said the driver requested more to get the car. They do not communicate and lie about pickup times. The driver himself said they were horrible to work with and they lie all the time to customers and just throw the drivers under the bus. Stay away from this company. So many better ones to work with.

Dear Customer, thank you for reaching out. We’ve reviewed your order and we have to say we always give estimated quotes. Your shipping agent informed you about that during the call and the final price for the driver was $100 more than the initial quote. We’re surprised to hear such misleading information regarding driver, as you know we’re the middle man between you and carrier company and we’re getting our commission after the delivery. We rely on your understanding!
