Tom Paden was helpful and communicated well during the transport. Providing driver contact information timely and sharing the details and structure of payments.. Only problem was driver didn't communicate well on when payment was due so I was confused and ended up paying upfront when I probably should have waited for delivery. Driver did call to discuss when I texted them and while he initially blamed me for not saying something he did come to understand that it's their responsibility to communicate better with customers since we don't do this every day and don't know the details on how everything works and they do!
