Never use and trust this “Sonic Auto Transportation” company. They took all the personal information including pick up and delivery addresses, phone numbers, in case of emergency numbers, email addresses, and on top of that they signed me a contract and took all the information regarding my credit card information too. I gave all the info: as per discussion with them on the phone and email as well. We greed about the price of with Sonic Auto Transportation for moving my car but they changed the price from $250 to $750. As other people complaint on their website, they did the same with me. After 5 days I received a call and increase the price from $250 to $750 and still not sure and may be more depending upon the drivers. In this whole time they put you in dark and Do Not Trust what their website says. Its just a scam to get your personal information. Who knows who they are and working for whom and what they are doing with your personal information. I cancelled the order right away and call my bank and put red alert on this “Sonic Auto Transportation”. Do not use and trust this company, save your money, and don't get ripped off!!

Dear Saad, thank you for your prompt feedback. We want to assure you that your personal information is completely secured and we only need it to reserve a spot on the driver's truck. The reason we ask for the delivery addresses and phone numbers is that we provide a door-to-door delivery and we require someone to meet the driver and sign the Bill of Lading. We are sorry that the quote turned out to be more expensive than expected, we've been experiencing a shortage of carriers during the holiday season. Thank you for being so patient.
