They started out as a concerned business. Then once we set up a time and date it never happened. This imaginary guy named “Tim” was supposed to contact me after I signed the contract and set up my credit card info for the driver. Never heard from the again. I’ve never wrote a review in my life. This left a bad taste in the mouth. I would never recommend this organization to my worst enemy.

Dear David, we have looked through your order and we'd like to admit that this is definitely unacceptable. We noticed that you communicated with our support representative and Tim's personal assistant. We are sorry that you didn't talk to Tim directly to get all the recent updates on your order. As per our system, we didn't have any offers to transport your vehicle. We are so sorry to let you down.
