Customer service by Sandra Gilliam was excellent. She was honest, open and transparent. She ensured follow up and kept us informed . She also replied to any messages in timely manner . The pick was smooth and as scheduled but the delivery was delayed . This affected our work schedule as we took day off as per the estimated delivery date. Ended up taking another day off due to delivery delay
