So I initially scheduled my pickup back in late March for a June 14th pickup. Move from WA State to Houston Tx! I was dealing with a Nathan and my Signed Contract was for a total of $1085 with a $200 deposit.. I paid that no problem.. Well after the furniture pickup with another company went so terribly I figudnid better contact them to make sure they had their stuff straight! Here it is June 12th I call the number I had for Nathan to confirm my pickup and the guy that answer which I thought was Nathan assured me the driver was coming between 2-5 on 6/14.. Well then Something told me to call back 6/13 because I had totally lost faith in movers altogether.. Spoke with Sophia who stated Nathan was no longer with the company and it must’ve been another employee.. She then stated she no longer had my contract and will do her best to find a driver and will contact me back.. No call.. Now here it is the 14th (pickup day) I call back first thing.. She states she’s called over 20 drivers and everyone now wants $2800 Blah blah blah, but she found one that was charging $2300 but she talked him down to $1800.. She was not very pleasant, she was very rushy but at that point I was literally catching a plane out the next day I had no choice.. So my quoted price increase by $715.. The driver was pleasant and delivered a day early.. As for the company.. I say, shop around the quoted price IS NOT YOUR FINAL PRICE!! Doesn’t matter what docu-sign you sign they will void it and increase it or possibly forget about you all together..

Dear Shama, thank you for your prompt feedback We are so sorry to let you down. Unfortunately, booking in advance doesn't guarantee a fixed quote due to a range of circumstances such as gas price, etc. We always try to stick to the original quotes and lower them down as much as possible. We are sorry that the sales agent you worked with sounded unpleasant, we are sure she never meant that. Our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Thank you for addressing this issue to us!
