Dominic Molone of Sonic Auto set my agreement pick-up for 5/20/2022 Driver (Marc) text me in 5:24AM he would pick up between 5-6PM Driver informed me at 2:14PM he is waiting at dealer and vehicles have not been released, will keep me posted As of now, 3:07PM on 5/21/2022...I have heard nothing from Marc the driver I called this morning at 8:29A spoke to woman, she tried to reach Marc, no answer! I have called 6 times, emailed Mr. Molone 3 times since 11:30ANo answer or response BE AWARE, VERY AWARE UPON READING THIS I HOPE THIS COMPANY IS ACCOUNTABLE, BECAUSE THUS FAR THEY ARE NOT!!!

Dear Patrick, we appreciate your detailed feedback! Thanks for bringing our attention to the terrible issue you have faced. As per our system, you did have a driver assigned to your order that was supposed to pick up your vehicle on the 20th of May between 5-6 PM. Since your shipping agent finished his work earlier, there was no one to update you on this case. This is totally our fault. We apologize for the miscommunication. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.
