Worst service ever and damaged car.

Let’s start with the worst customer service ever. The representative Elijah made this experience horrible without providing any help. They say they are 24/7 yet the only time I received customer service was when I was deciding if I could book the transport. Once the transport was booked it was picking up my brand new car in Oregon and delivering to California. I took the delivery day off of work so I could be home to receive the vehicle. The vehicle never arrived and when I called they could not tell me where my car was. The next day I called and still not sure where it was but said it would be delivered that day or the next. I took the next 2 days off and the vehicle still did not arrive. When I called the customer service they told like I could call the trucking company and ask. I said it’s that your job since you booked everything. After that debate I called the trucking company and they told me the vehicle was about 2 hours way because a truck broke down and the vehicle was being stored in a yard until they could get another truck. If I would have known this I would have picked it up. 3 days later the vehicle was finally going to be delivered. I was working and had to take a quick break to go pick it up. Before the vehicle was taken off of the truck I noticed the bottom of the front bumper was damaged and cracked. The interior floor was covered in mud as well as the door panel. I pointed all this out to the driver and he said he got the vehicle like this. He said he didn’t damage and sees the damage now and to report it to the transport company. The driver would not release the car to me until I signed the vehicle release that said there was no damage because he did not cause it. After I finally got my vehicle I continued to try and speak with a representative regarding the damage and they told me there was nothing they could do because the photos taken by the driver when it was picked up were not good and didn’t show the area in question. I even provided photos of my car on the truck and a video of it rolling off the truck with the damage and Elijah told me yeah there’s nothing they can do. To me this is the worst service ever. When you buy a brand new car and finally receive a damaged car they tell you too bad. I tried everything I could to get the transport company to help with the situation and they stopped responding to calls. I will never use them again and do everything I can to prevent someone else to experience the worst thing ever.

Dear Jon, thank you for your detailed feedback. We are terrified to hear what kind of experience you faced. Please, admit that we only work with carriers that have good valid insurance and in case of any damage, all you need to do is to go to any local workshop to make some estimates and then let the carrier's insurance company know about that. You may easily submit a claim and they will send you a check covering the expenses. However, we could not recognize your order in our system.
