Demian Spears was kind and reliable. He kept me updated throughout the whole process via text and call. I had so many questions and he did not hesitate to answer them all. He was a pleasure to work with.
The truck company he hired was decent. The delivery was on time but the pickup was extremely late; as in about 7 hours late. The driver attributed that to the LA traffic but I attribute it to negligence on the driver's part, not Demian. The second driver responsible for the delivery was extremely rude. Had it not been for Demian's stellar customer service, I wouldn't have rated this review 4 stars. Thanks again Demian for trying to make this process as smooth as possible.
